Today is Sunday time to look back in the rearview mirror and talk about my week . I am linking up to the Sunday Post hosted for years by Kimberly@caffeinatedreviewer .Â
In my private life
Happy Sunsay!
Another very busy week at work and waiting for more news about Beware of the Husband’s health.
He is currently off work and waiting to mee the cardiologist on Tuesday. Medicated with anti stress medicine too, to help keep his blood pressure and heartbeats in check.
It seems to be helping so far…
Otherwise work has been insane, again, with one fun day in the midst!
We went to an offsite event with all the managers and had to do a painting in teams representing our mission statements!
Needless to say that many were out of their comfort zone while I had such a blast!!!
I can do work days like that every day! 😉
Other news: my very long awaited car finally arrived on Friday!
We waited one year for that car to be delivered!
It’s a full electric so it takes a little bit to get everything in order (get the cards to plug it into public loading stations etc). We have a plugin station at home as we have solar panels.
Lucky for me, Beware of the Husband is an IT guy and does everything but I can’t help wonder how your lambda guy or girl would do everything because that’s not so simple!
Also the car dealers are salesmen but not really tech helpful…..
And today I’ll go to the other side of the (small) country to meet another bookstagrammer and visit a historical library open only once a year!!!
More next week with hopefully pictures 😉
I just pray that our national railway is working properly today.
Last but not least, here is a funny reel that I made courtesy of my dog!
On the blog this week (click on the graphic to read the post)
Well it’s been some time since I didn’t have 3 stars reviews but it happened twice this week! And for the record, I think Heartless is beautifully written it just made me mad and sad! So that’s a “gut feeling” rating here!
Thanks for reading!
Sophie

I hope our husband’s cardiologist visit went well. How are you enjoying your car? I think my husband would like to go electric with his next car but cost might be an issue. I am glad you had fun at the work event. That’s the way they all should be! I hope you have a great week and happy reading!
Thank you!
I look forward to it! Thank you 🙂
Hope your husband’s health appointment went well and he’ll feel better soon! That work event does sound like a lot of fun, and the library visit as well. And yay for getting your car! We don’t have a electric car yet, but I’ve already been wondering about the tech side of it all, it doesn’t sound easy indeed.
He came back with yet another tool to measure other vitals Lindsey :-((
I hope all is well for your hubby! I am intrigued about this historical library!! It sounds like such a fun and exciting outing. 🙂
It was really exciting!!
I hope your husband is on the mend! It’s so stressful to deal with health issues especially when it’s a spouse or child. I hope you had an amazing time at that library and meeting the Bookstagramer. Have a lovely week, Sophie! 🙂
I had a grand time Rachel thank you!
Yay for the new car!! And it sounds like a really good week! Full, but mostly in a good way!
Exactly!
Waiting one year for a car – wow! Glad your hubby can take care of all the techy details. Also hope his appt. goes well tomorrow.
Me too Teri!
I’m very curious about your new fully-electric car, and I hope you will share some posts about how it’s going 🙂 This is indeed the future, but my fear is that the technology – and the infrastructure – might not be mature enough to serve us as well as old-style cars, so your first-hand experience will certainly prove invaluable!
I’ll give some feedback Maddalena, promise!
I hope all goes well with the cardiologist. How exciting about the car. I have a plug-in and love it. I got a new roof last summer so I could do solar panels at some point.

Thank you Anne!
I’m glad you’re still enjoying life even though you’re waiting to hear about your husband’s health. I hope it’s good news!
Thank you!
Good luck with Beware of the Husband’s appt! Hope you have a great week 🙂
Thank you Greg!
Ooooe a new car! Exciting!! Happy for you.
I hope your husband’s health will continue to improve and that the doctors can find a solution soon.
Have a good week and happy reading!

Thank you and you too!
I hope you enjoy your new car there. I know my sister loves her hybrid. She gets the advantages of both. I hope the doctor can get everything good for your husband.
Me too Renee!
Congratulations on the new car. My cousin ordered a Tesla, and has to wait a year too. I hope all went well with your library visit. I look forward to seeing the pictures.
I will post them next Sunday!
Good luck to the husband! Hopefully the doc can get him on the right path. Yay for a new car! That is exciting!
It is indeed very exciting!
Best wishes to you and your husband re his health. And enjoy driving that new car!
Thank you!
Hope you have a great time with Thais today
I did Caro! 😉
Congrats on your new car, it sounds very complicated, lol. And a library that’s only open once a year? I hope you tell us more about it next week
I will Tammy, promise!
Hooray for the new car finally arriving. That was a long wait! I hope the cardiologist provides some answers for your husband! The library that opens only once a year is intriguing!
It was beautiful Tanya!
