Hi dear friends!

Today’s topic in #BestBooksof2018 is the best Standalone you’ve read in 2018!

I think this will be the shortest post because I am choosing a second time….

The Kiss Quotien by Helen Hoang! Yes yes it was that fantastic to win in a second category!

As I don’t want to repeat myself if you haven’t read the “why” the first time just go read it there -> https://wp.me/p8cg8e-27q

See short today!

What is your favorite standalone read in 2018?

Thanks for reading!

Sophie

  1. I read a lot of good stand alone horror this year like The Haunted Forest Tour. I would also pick out Ready Player One as a contender but I can’t as I hear there is going to be a sequel! I’m intrigued as to what they plan for that.

  2. well, now I really have to read it, eh ! If it was able to win TWO category for you.. :p

let me see.. best standalone i’ve read, mmh.. im thinking of atleast three I could say; The cornerstore in Cockleberry bay, the art of french kissing or all the bright places..

  3. Of the books I’ve read this year, and, of the few standalone titles, I’d pick THE LOCKSMITH’S DAUGHTER by Karen Brooks as my fav read. I read it in less than two days. It really was *my* kind of read.
