Last day of the challenge! I did it! Post every day about favorite couples for one month. A HUGE THANK YOU FOR READING ME THIS WHOLE MONTH!

I loved getting your reactions and chatting with. I got fabulous recommendations so just don’t stop!

Next month another challenge is coming with “The Bests of 2017”. It will be lighter as the idea is really to narrow it down to my most favorites of 2017 and I can’t wait to hear about yours!

Plus a big surprise at the end of December on the theme “Bests of” but shhhhhhh more in a few weeks 😉

Today is an easy choice as I love YA! I usually switch between Adult/NA and YA just to keep me interested and let’s be honest some YA books are real jewels!

The added perk is I get to discuss books with my kids. Yes they are avid readers and I’m a proud mama!

Here we go with some of my favorite couples in teens:

Amber and Liam in The Boy who sneaks into my Window Bedroom by Kirsty Moseley

They were so cute together!

Amber Walker and her older brother, Jake, have an abusive father. One night her brother’s best friend, Liam, sees her crying and climbs through her bedroom window to comfort her. That one action sparks a love/hate relationship that spans over the next eight years. Liam is now a confident, flirty player who has never had a girlfriend before. Amber is still emotionally scarred from the abuse she suffered at the hands of her father. Together they make an unlikely pair. Their relationship has always been a rocky one, but what happens when Amber starts to view her brother’s best friend a little differently? And how will her brother, who has always been a little overprotective, react when he finds out that the pair are growing closer? Find out in The Boy Who Sneaks In My Bedroom Window.

Favorite quote:

“She was the only thing I needed. If everything else went away tomorrow, the big house, all the cars, the money, I wouldn’t care. As long as I still got to hold her every night, I would still be the luckiest guy in the world.”

Reed and Ella in Paper Princess by Erin Watt

Love these Royals!

Here is an excerpt of what I wrote about the book:

“It’s now official : I HATE CLIFFHANGERS !!!!! Especially when I was having so much fun with this gripping book.
I was all happy curled up on my sofa, cheering for Ella (Take that Jordan!) and swooning like every girl at Astor Park Prep Academy on the Royal boys and their delicious hotness. I was avidly following the back and forth between Ella and Reed, windows open in my house as the sexual tension was reaching incredible high and then, bam, cliffhanger!
I did everything to express my frustration: scream, stamp my feet like a five years old in a tantrum nearly throwing my Kindle against the walls. Defeated and realizing it was my sad reality, I could only add the second book to my “wish list”, following the link provided at the end of the book. Too bad I can’t preorder before the 25th of July. Mrs Watt, DO YOU NEED BETA READERS or REVIEWERS FOR THE SECOND BOOK per chance? That’s how incredible this book was for me. »

Favorite quote:

“Reed Royal has broken me. I’ve fallen from the sky and I’m not sure I can get up. Not this time.”

Dean and Sky in Hopeless by Colleen Hoover

Sometimes discovering the truth can leave you more hopeless than believing the lies…

That’s what seventeen-year-old Sky realizes after she meets Dean Holder. A guy with a reputation that rivals her own and an uncanny ability to invoke feelings in her she’s never had before. He terrifies her and captivates her all in the span of just one encounter, and something about the way he makes her feel sparks buried memories from a past that she wishes could just stay buried.

Sky struggles to keep him at a distance knowing he’s nothing but trouble, but Holder insists on learning everything about her. After finally caving to his unwavering pursuit, Sky soon finds that Holder isn’t at all who he’s been claiming to be. When the secrets he’s been keeping are finally revealed, every single facet of Sky’s life will change forever.

Favorite quote:

“F#%k all the firsts, Sky. The only thing that matters to me with you are the forevers.”

Mallory and Ryder in The Problem with Forever by Jennifer L Armentrout

I loved them so much!

Excerpt of what I wrote about them:

The characters are wonderfully flawed, perfectly imperfect and so touching. Prepare some tissues and avoid reading in public. Or fear people asking if “you are all right” at the sight of your crunched nose, furrowed brow or swelling eyes.
Some will be angry with Mouse and want to shake her. I empathized with her.
Yes it’s the shy, traumatized girl protected by her former foster friend’s trope. No she is not some fearless fighting girl.
Yes Mallory has many setbacks and will run and hide. But she tries!
She really wants to become “normal” and overcome her “condition”. Honestly it was impossible not to love her and cheer when she did it.

Ryder…Ryder will make you melt on the spot and swoon. I love protective heroes and Ryder was like a day trip in Heaven. He was so sweet with his Mouse, so patient, so supportive. I can’t find a bad word to say about him. I wish my daughter to find her Ryder.
When you’ll read about how he protected and cared for Mallory when they were young you’ll fall for him too.”

Favorite quote:

“We’ve been separated. But we had never really been apart.”

And my winners are….

Rune and Poppy in A Thousand Boy Kisses

Love you to death! They broke my heart in tiny pieces and had me run out of tissues!

One kiss lasts a moment. But a thousand kisses can last a lifetime. One boy. One girl. A bond that is forged in an instant and cherished for a decade. A bond that neither time nor distance can break. A bond that will last forever. Or so they believe. When seventeen-year-old Rune Kristiansen returns from his native Norway to the sleepy town of Blossom Grove, Georgia, where he befriended Poppy Litchfield as a child, he has just one thing on his mind. Why did the girl who was one half of his soul, who promised to wait faithfully for his return, cut him off without a word of explanation?Rune’s heart was broken two years ago when Poppy fell silent. When he discovers the truth, he finds that the greatest heartache is yet to come.A stand-alone young adult tearjerker romance, recommended for ages fourteen and up.

Favorite quote:

“This isn’t the end. It’s just a little pause in our lives. And I’ll be watching over you, every single day. I’ll be in your heart. I’ll be in the blossom grove that we love so much, in the sun and the wind.”

That’s it Ladies and Gents!

Last post of this challenge. I hope you liked them.
