Today is Sunday time to look back in the rearview mirror and talk about my week . I am linking up to the Sunday Post hosted for years by Kimberly@caffeinatedreviewer .Â
As this is the first Sunday of December, this will also be my November wrap-up.
In my private life
Happy Sunday!
I had a very hard work week. Something I’ll give more details about next Sunday… I woke-up at 2, 3 or 4 in the morning most week, unable to fall back asleep so I am very tired!
But let’s talk about something good!
The first snow has fallen today and it was a welcome sight after one month of nearly non stop rain! It’s always magical to watch bog snowflakes drift from the sky!
And I decorated the tree yesterday!
I am going with a white/beige and brown theme with birds, flowers, butterflies etc. It’s as if the forest landed in my livingroom and it’s very pretty!
Oh and this week began my annual Blogmas!
As usual, I am leaving you with a reel about How would Manon Blackbeak look like if she was drunk! Enjoy!
And this one is about painting Iron Flame’s edges!
November wrap-up
I have read 11 books in November and I chose five “bests of”… sorry all were excellent and I couldn’t choose!

And the one that shook me to the core…

Sophie

Your tree sounds so pretty! We also set up our tree recently, I love the coziness of Christmas decorations. Hope your week has been better than last one, Sophie!
Thank you Lindsey!
Yay for first snow! We got a teensy tiny bit today too, but it didn’t accumulate at all so I don’t feel it counts. I really hope we’ll get some this year!
Me too!
Your tree sounds beautiful.
Hope you get some better sleep.
Thank you Hena!
We are still waiting for our first snowfall. I’m glad you had such a good reading month!
That’s surprising Tammy as you are higher in California I think!
The first snow already! Temps here are unseasonably warm – in the 60s later this week, so it doesn’t feel like December. Sorry you’re not sleeping, Sophie. Hope you can get some rest.
Thank you Teri!
Love the Iron Flame edges!
Wishing you a great reading week
Thank you Shelleyrae!
You’re reading great books and still very talented with your crafts. I hope this week is much better at work.
Anne – Books of My Heart
Thank you Anne!
I’m so jealous you got snow!! I love snow so much. Hopefully you get some sleep this week!
I slept a little bit better.
I wouldn’t be sad if I see NO snow this year. I hate it. Makes my life hard. Sorry work is so stressful. Year end can be tough at some jobs. Your tree sounds lovely. I hope we get to see a picture. Be well and may your brain shut off so you can sleep.
I know snow makes life stressful if you commute but this constant rain is depressing… I am a summer girl through and through.
We had snow too. It was nice to see. Now the rain is back. :(
Your tree sounds neat!
The rain is back too :-(
It’s always fun to hear about Europeans talk about snow. :P I hope December is nice with you. You need to rest and not let work swallow you up, Sophie! :)
Thank you Lashaan!
Snow and Christmas trees, the best time of the year!
I know!
