Sorry if I didn’t reply to posts this week but I had to go three times to the office. That meant waking up at 5 AM and I was exhausted the whole week!
Now to get back to today’s title: my washing machine broke down this week. And considering that it was 26 years, my fridge and micro wave are 26 years too and that some of our kitchen doors are in bad state, we decided to replace the whole kitchen and renovate!
That means visiting showrooms, discussing projects and making budgets. It takes time and is equally thrilling and frightening (I hate spending big chunks of money).
I will also prepare my stay in Bath with my daughter. We’ll be leaving next Sunday for five days! I already have our trains and appartment booked but now I must study the best way to travel in Bath (bus, with a pass? ), what to visit in Bath and around Bath and…I want to meet a very dear blogger friend!!!!! That has me very excited!

I have read some amazing books! The Hemlock Queen is a sequel and quite dark.
The Seven Year Slip was a very good romance with a dash of magic.
And the Fellowship of Puzzlemakers made me feel all warm and fuzzy!

Shopping for forniture is so mich fun, but also quite overwhelming! And it’s not cheap, either… Sigh! But I hope you would enjoy the experience! And your visit to Bath!!

Great you get another week for a trip! I am working on a new stove this week. The old one was 24 years old. I redid the cabinets a couple years ago but kept the appliances. They work and I like them, until this one didn’t work.
