Today is Sunday time to look back in the rearview mirror and talk about my week . I am linking up to the Sunday Post hosted for years by Kimberly@caffeinatedreviewer .Â
In my private life
Well the week went smoothly, with lot of work but mostly done from home so that’s less tiring than waking up at 5 AM to catch the train!
On Friday I drove my daughter to have her driving exam and some hours later, it was a big disappointment for her because she failed. She didn’t do any mistake but the examiner thought she entered too fast into her roundabouts, even if she didn’t hinder any other car or anything…
That’s infuriating because that’s their word against hers. It’s forbidden to have a webcam when you pass a test yet I think that would be a great idea!
Anyway, she’ll try again in a few weeks.
To lift up my mood, I decided to make a new funko pop. From one of my favorite book boyfriends of all time! And I know someone told me that he looked like Loki (which is weirdly true) but it’s Nathaniel Thorn from Sorcery of Thorns!
I’ll make Elisabeth in the coming weeks and Silas!

And sorry for the bad lighting but by the time I finished it was already dark!
Now as every Sunday, I am leaving you with two reels. One of my “magical” unboxing…because I have so much fun doing these!
And the other of my favorite quotes (or some of them) from Sarah J Maas books with…my funko!
On the blog this week (click on the graphic to read the post)
I wrote three reviews last week. Two for books I really loved and one for a big disappointment!
That’s it! Thanks for reading!
PS I will catch up with your posts in a few hours!

It’s okay to fail a drivers exam! I know plenty who have failed but gone on to be successful, and they become better drivers for it. It’s heartbreaking the number of bad accidents I see involving young people in my area these days, I actually think it’s a good thing to get a harsh examiner, take no risks with driving safety, and your daughter will be safer in the future!
That’s true too Mogsy!
Sorry about your daughter’s driving test, that sucks. Hope the second try will go better!
Yay for working more from home though, that’s definitely a big difference when it comes to exhaustion.
Also, love the Nathaniel pop 🙂
Thank you Lindsey!
I always love your pop vinyls!
Sorry about your daughter not passing, but wishing her lots of luck the next time. I adore the Raven series – love those boys.
What happened to your daughter’s license exam sounds like unadulterated injustice: I’ve always thought that those examiners were frustrated people who enjoyed taking it out on the people being examined….
Let’s hope that next time she will find a better person!
Ugh, I’m sorry about your daughter’s driving test. I hope things go well when she goes to retake it. Love the new Funko and can’t wait to see what you do with Elisabeth.
Love the Funko. Bummer about the driving test, but I am sure she’ll nail it the next time.
Oh no, that’s a shame about the driving test. I hope your daughter isn’t too down about it. Hooray for working from home where you can avoid the early morning commute!
Wow you never cease to amaze me with your talent with funkos and the book edges and more. I’m sorry about your daughter’s test. I hope it’s better next time.

Hugs to your daughter, I’m so sorry that her instructor didn’t pass her. That’s so frustrating. Hopefully she gets a different, much better instructor next time ♥. And you are so amazingly talented, I love how your newest funko turned out, yay!
Love the Pop! And my daughter failed the first time too- she did fine but they didn’t like how she parallel parked so she had to do it again. At additional cost, which I think was the real reason :):):):)))
I think that’s the real reason too!
That’s a bummer about your daughter’s driving test. In the states, the examiner has a checklist that is pretty specific. Hopefully her second attempt goes well!
I hope so too!
BOO to the examiner. I hope all goes well when your daughter tries again. Mine is 28 and never took her drivers test. Good thing she lives in a city. The Funko is amazing (as always).
Thank you Sam!
Sorry to hear about your daughter’s test, how frustrating! I hope she isn’t too discouraged. And I love the Nathaniel funko pop!
Thank you Tammy!
oh thats a bummer about the drivers test! They are very strict on those. My brother had to do it three times haha hopefully next time she passes.
Yay for some creating things, it always uplifts the soul! Glad it was fun and great Funko Pop.
Thank you Renee!
