Today is Sunday time to look back in the rearview mirror and talk about my week .Β I am linking up to the Sunday Post hosted for years byΒ Kimberly@caffeinatedreviewerΒ .Β

In my private life

Happy Sunday,

Nothing big happened this week and I am just working long hours at work. That means taking it easy on the blog unfortunately!

One thing I am very pleased with is that I gave a training in basic accounting to my new colleagues and it went very well!

Accounting is not my primary field of work but knowing some of it does help us do a better job so I was pleased to see some colleagues puting it to use as soon as I finished with the training!

I also did some shopping to prepare for my holiday in the South of France and bought two new swimsuits.

As usual, I will leave you with some reels I posted this week. Enjoy!

The first is how I can be in social situations (thank you Penelope Featherington).

The second is what I say to people when they tell me not to read this or that.

And the last one is an unboxing with transitions as it’s been some time since I did one of these!

May wrap-up

May was a great month as I read 13 books and had plenty of five stars and sometimes six stars!

I will share my four favorites!

The Outlaw Noble Salt is a fictional romance of Butch Cassidy! I never thought he could be sweet!

The Reappearance of Rachel Price is a terrific YA mystery/thriller/crime.

Then I read the beautiful but also dramatic The Warm Hands of Ghosts, an historical magical realism.

And my BIG WINNER of the month is Long Live Evil! It’s a fantasy and you either adore the humor (like I did) or don’t connect with it.

Thanks for reading!

Sophie
