Hi friends,
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
Today’s theme is: Top Ten Books on My Fall 2025 to-Read List and I chose to go with new releases as well.
To me Fall is till November included by the way and I couldn’t stop at ten books when I looked for new releases so you will get fourteen books instead!
The first seven ones: The Strenght of the Few (sequel of The Will of the Many that I adored!), Alchemy of Secrets (I love Stephanie Garber’s books) , Thorn Season (impulse buy while in Paris this weekend), The Second Death of Locke (I got a finished copy from the publisher and everyone is raving about it), Every Spiral of Fate (because I have read the first three books), Buckeye (I was intrigued) and Alchemised (after everyone raved about Manacled I had to buy it).
The second batch now: House of the Beast (as I saw many love it I bought it in Paris too), Warrior Princess Assassin (currently reading and loving it!), Soul of Shadow (for a book club read), The Women of Wild Hill (if Kirsten Miller writes a book I will read it), The House Saphir (idem dito for Marissa Meyer), Brilstone (sequel to Quicksilver that I loved) and Empire of the Dawn: conclusion to Empire of the Vampire and I will actually get to see Jay Kristoff in London! SQUEEEEEEEEE!
Thanks for reading.
Sophie
Oh my it’s probably easier to list what books we don’t have common on our anticipated lists! I am so looking forward to James Islingtons new book and also Alchemised!
Great minds and all that Mogsy!
Yes, Kristoff is on my audio list. I love that you bought books in Paris!
I’m also so excited to read Alchemised, Alchemy of Secrets and Brimstone!
Why do all of these books have such gorgeous covers?! I’m really trying not to get sucked in and add more books to my tbr just because of these gorgeous covers! I hope you enjoy these, and I’m excited for you meeting Jay Kristoff!!

I have not read any of these, but I hope you love them!
How many intriguing books!! The House of the Beast and The Strength of the Few are on my list, too! And I am a tad torn about Alchemised but really curious about that one!!
Awesome list, I’m very curious about Alchemized. And how cool you get to meet Jay Kristoff!
I see several I want to read as well. Alchemy of Secrets, The Second Death of Locke and Brimstone. They weren’t on my list that I posted but they’re on the list in my head haha
I’ve been seeing BUCKEYE everywhere. It does sound like a good read! I hope you enjoy it and all your other picks.
Happy TTT!

I hope they’re all awesome!
These all look great. Thanks for sharing.
Empire of the Dawn is absolutely on my list – but I still have to read the first one *drops head in shame*.
No one’s counting here! 14 it is! It is great to see your excitement for these books.

I didn’t know Stephanie had a new novel coming out until seeing the book on a few lists today. Back when it first made a splash, Caraval interested me but I never read it. Maybe someday! Thanks for visiting my list today. Hope you enjoy all of your TBR titles.
I’ve seen good things about Marissa Meyer in the past. I should give her a try! Hope you enjoy all on your Fall TBR, Sophie!
Is Alchemised and Manacled the same book? Or do I need to read Manacled first?! Confused!
