I think about 2/3 authors I have read last year were new to me so I had a field day choosing my favorites! Stopping at ten was difficult so you’ll get 12 instead!

Divine Rivels was excellent, but I found the second book in the series dragged. Have you read it?
Patchett was new-to-me last year, too. I don’t normally go for literary fiction, but Tom Lake sounded too good to pass up, and I am glad I took a chance on it.

Ross and Fawcett were new to me last year, and I plan on continuing with their books.
I love seeing Lisa Jewell included! I didn’t realize that None of This is True was your first by her.
