Hi friends,

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Today’s theme is Books or Series I wish I could read for the first time again

So basically this is a top ten of my all time favorite books or series and…just ten will be hard! Maybe you’ll get more, no promises here.

The “feel good” books, the ones that made me optimistic about life. The ones that left me feeling grateful.

The one that emboldened me and made me laugh at the sarcasm. The one that amazed me at the world building because you have…talking grimoires.

Some favorite series now. One with brutality and the raw reality of war mixed with asian magic. One with a post apocalyptic world where angels are not the good guys. And one with a very modern heroine, lots of banter and a dashing brainy hero!

Favorite historical fictions. Two about less known stories on WWII,  one with an amazing representation of nature and a courageous little girl and another with a family saga.

And let’s finish with two thrillers/mysteries

Yes I know it’s twelve books instead of ten but considering that I must have read over 3000 books, I consider this a win!

Thanks for reading!

Sophie

  1. A HUGE yes to Angelfall! I loved Raffe and Penryn so much ♥. But that book gave me nightmares. I grew up not that far north of the Bay Area, in wine country, and I could visualize all of those areas wayyyyyy to well haha!

  2. I don’t think I remember anything about Angelfall, so it will probably feel like reading it for the first time when I finally do reread it. I’d probably want to read Addicted series by Krista and Becca Ritchie for the first time again.

  3. You have such a great list here. I just have so many of these on my TBR. Especially that TJ Klune. I do love those books that make you feel good about life and how beautiful it is.
