Today is Sunday time to look back in the rearview mirror and talk about my week . I am linking up to the Sunday Post hosted for years by Kimberly@caffeinatedreviewer .

In my private life

I don’t have a lot to tell this week as I have been drowning in work (hence my lack of comments), had a migraine for two days and …I am still waiting to know what Beware of the Husband’s heart problem is!

If you read last Sunday’s post, you know that his visit to the cardiologist ended up with him needing to be monitored for three weeks before finding what is afflicting him!

Well it’s only the end of the first week so we are still waiting and … monitoring!

The highlight of my week was that I went to watch “Where the Crawdads Sing” with a friend and I thought it was a good movie, relatively true to the book!

In a few hours, I’ll go watch anothre movie with my friend and both our moms. So there is that!

As I said, not much to tell. And now I am off to comment on everyone’s blog!

I posted two reviews this week, both for books I really enjoyed!

Thanks for reading!

Sophie

  1. Hope this week will be better for you Sophie, and that you’ll find out something about your husband’s heart issues soon. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed Where The Crawdads Sing though, I hope to watch it soon too.

  2. The wait to know is stressful for sure, but I think they’ll get your husband’s issues sorted. It doesn’t sound super dangerous if they let him go home. Heart rhythm issues are very treatable.

  3. I am really glad that the movie adaptation was true to the book, too many times these days they aren’t. So I definitely am looking forward to seeing that movie. I hope you both find whats causing the heart issues for your husband.

  4. I hope you guys get answers soon (or after the three weeks anyway- but hopefully it’s good news). And crawdads is supposed to be SO good. I’m seeing it everywhere.

Hope you have a fab week.
