WWW Wednesday is a weekly book meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words
There are three simple questions to answer when it comes to WWW Wednesday:
What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next?
Simple and perfect for all busy bees like me!
What are you currently reading?
I’m reading an incredibly emotional book: Goodbye Days by Jeff Zentner
Last year The Serpent King by the same author has been my best read of 2016. It’s been a huge surprise for me. I would never have bought the book based on its cover but a dear friend gifted the book. She loved it so much! And I fell in love with it. So when my request to read Goodbye Days ARC has been granted I was giddy with happiness. I’m nearly done with the book (review coming later today or tomorrow) and I don’t have any tissues left. Jeff Zentner or rather Blade/Carver cut through my chest, ripped my heart out and scattered the remains on the ground. Either I’m hormonal (yes I’m a girl so it happens) either an easy cryer (might be) either it’s just fantastically written (certainly true) but I’ve been a blubbering mess. So much emotions and messages packed in this story. A MUST READ.

What did you finish recently?
I finished another incredible book just before: An Exaltation of Larks by Suanne Laqueur.
It’s another masterpiece and 6 stars minimum. Gorgeous penmanship, attching characters, interesting plot with paths crossing each other time and again till a big reveal… Javier is now on my list of book boyfriends! Review here:

What do you think you’ll read next?
That one is easy: an ARC of a debut author Isabel Love. Untouchable seems to be a fantastic book for romance lovers!
“The first time I see her, I want to touch her. Drawn to the sensual way she moves her body, I have to dance with her. Dancing leads to touching, touching leads to watching her come undone in my arms, but then she runs off without telling me her name—leaves me wondering if she was even real.
The second time I see her, I want to thank my lucky stars our paths have crossed once again—until I realize she’s off limits.
The universe must be playing a joke on me right now, because the sexy goddess that has been starring in my fantasies for the past couple weeks? She’s my new boss.
Translation: untouchable.
Except…
I’ve already touched her. And I want to do it again.”

I recently read a review of Goodbye Days from someone who has never read The Serpent King and she loved it. I’m so glad it’s the same thing for you! I honestly still have to read The Serpent King. I feel guilty because it’s been sitting on my shelf for a few months already. But I’ll definitely read Goodbye Days 🙂
Hi Czai, I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did because really theyr’re both little gems 😉
