Ten books I would recommend reading in fall

Hi friends,

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Today’s theme is: a fall freebie!

So I chose to go with books that remind me of fall. They are either soft and cozy or they have a darker academia vibe or they are about wicthes!

In the cozy vibes department: Emily Wilde and the Encyclopaedia of Faeries by Heather Fawcett, The teller of Small Fortunes by Julie Leong, Legends and Lattes by Travis Baldree

Dark Academia books: Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo, Babel by RF Kuang and Bodes of Magic by Freya Marske

And finally give me all the witch books! The Witch Haven by Sasha Peyton Smith, The Black Witch by Laurie Forest, Resting Witch Face by Juliette Cross and A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness.

What books scream fall to you?

Thanks for reading.

  1. I just re-read Ninth House (and Hell Bent) in preparation for Dead Beat and agree it’s perfect for reading in fall! But cozy and witchy books are indeed perfect too, amazing list!
